You may ask yourself from time to time, "Who am I? What is my purpose?" You are a being of love and you are love itself. You are created in the image and after the likeness of God, who is love. As you become more aware of your real identity, you acquire a new attitude about yourself and others. You think more about giving love and less about getting it. It is in this way that you walk the highest road of life. You are sustained by the love of God. Regardless of the outer circumstances of your life, the truth of your being is that God's love is within you. Love is the fabric of your soul; the spiritual force that binds us to all living beings. This love is for real -- it never changes or decreases, you can depend on it.

God is love. All the love in the universe is God in action. You decide right now to enter this day with a feeling of love, Divine love, abiding in your heart. When you decide to be willing to let the love of God come through you, your life changes. You decide today to love in a higher way.  Your love that you give is unbiased, unlimited, unconditional, and unselfish. You require nothing from the person you love. This is the Christ standard of love.

When you abide in love, you have the ability to forgive. You have a wonderful feeling of harmony with all people. You are free from any inharmonious belief. You do not take offense; you do not give offense. You are an expression of God's love and you have an understanding heart. You are drawn closer to the heart of God, for God is love, and you, God's child, are meant to express God's love.

This is God's day. You will make it a glorious, beautiful, and effective day by letting the love of God find expression through you. You express God's love today, for love is what you are!
